Michael Manansala – Senior Manager

Mr. Manansala is a senior manager and has over 25 years of proven successful healthcare strategic management experience. He has served in various executive management positions and consulted with large healthcare systems as an interim manager to turnaround troubled affiliated physician organizations. Some of his specific successful experiences include forming and managing a medical foundation, developing business plans for medical foundations, implementing initiatives for physician P4P, establishing physician productivity compensation programs, acquiring medical groups and employing physicians for healthcare systems, negotiating health plan managed care contracts, and coordinated quality initiatives between the physician organization and its partner hospital.

Mr. Manansala previously served as the Executive Director of one of Sutter Health's Medical Foundations and as a senior manager for a a nationally recognized consulting firm. Moreover, he recently returned from a successful military deployment as the Deputy Commander of Operation for the combined joint international healthcare task force for Afghanistan.

He received his MBA and MPH from the University of Hawaii Graduate School of Business and Public Health, respectively.
