Michael Eberhard - Vice President

Michael Eberhard is a vice president with 30 years of healthcare experience. He has worked with a broad range of healthcare organizations throughout the country with a strong emphasis on hospital and medical group business development, hospital-medical group integration, and IPA organization, development and management. He has experience with multi-hospital systems, large professional associations, and many IPAs of different sizes and cultures.

Mr. Eberhard has overseen and conducted numerous engagements in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic and business planning, business evaluation and financial feasibility, medical staff development, development of Independent Practice Associations and integrated delivery systems, and recruitment of senior managers.

Mr. Eberhard has been on many Boards of Directors including medical group associations, IPAs, and non-healthcare non-profit organizations.

Mr. Eberhard was the founder and CEO of Medical Pathways Management Corporation. Prior positions included Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President with Memorial Health System in Long Beach, vice president of a business development arm of the Daughters of Charity in Southern California, and Vice President of the Hospital Council of Southern California (since renamed HASC). Mr. Eberhard holds three Master's degrees including an MBA from UCLA/Anderson.
