Eric P. Themm – Principal

Mr. Themm is a principal with 23 years of healthcare experience. He serves as a client service advisor for several multi-hospital systems, dozens of hospitals across the country, and other healthcare organizations including ambulatory service providers, government health agencies, and physician organizations. Mr. Themm has broad experience in the areas of physician-hospital alignment, medical staff development, strategic planning, service line development, ambulatory services planning, Board education and facilitation, facility planning, physician compensation, and hospital mergers and acquisitions. He overseen MDS's office in Orange Country California. Mr. Themm has held previous senior level positions with The Camden Group and Ernst and Young. Mr. Themm received his bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College.
